Well its Feb 2016 its been a year and 2 months since surgery, things are good except I have some hypertrophic scarring under my breast, tried steroid shots and massage daily with Bit E and coconut oil, they are getting better just going to take time, still very happy with the shape, I gained about 13 lbs over the year so I have to get back to jogging now that I'm all healed up, I will post pics later today!

You look fantastic and your boobs definitely fit your body way more than with implants.

Just left my Doc and he says all looks good and he'd see me in a month:) I got a new compression garment and it's definitely better than the previous one now I need a bra that saps in front and I'm good to go! I feel pretty good today I haven't taken anything but vitamins today!

Lola, you look great. So how is everything coming along now?? How are the Lipo areas are you still really swollen there? I'm asking lots of questions because you got exactly what I'm getting, implants removed, a lift, and Lipo on abdomen and flanks. What bra did you wind up switching to?

Hi, I'm not really swollen to bad, it's a lot flatter today, I'm 9 days post op, I haven't taken anything but Tylenol since last sat, I'm sore bit not in pain, the first 2 days sucker mainly because of the drainage from the lipo, it's annoying but just make sure you lay towels on your floor where you will be changing and protect your mattress I just layed on old blanket and those pads my Doc gave me, they are basically puppy pads lol, I can't wear an under wire bra for 6 months so I'm wearing different sport bras and I actually bought a bra that has no under wire in it and it's a 34 D and it fit nice, I'm still swollen so I'm not sure where I will be I'm thinking between a C/D, it feels so good to breathe a deep breath and not feel those implants anymore, yesterday I drove and had my hair done went shopping, finished up the evening at church and dinner, full day, even helped a little with the Christmas tree, I woke up sore but am doing great and feel so much better!! Today I'm just relaxing so I hope that answers some of your questions, my surgery was excellent my Doc was amazing and his surgical team was great my recovery nurse was sweet and funny, I let my anesthesiologist know I get nauseous from anesthesia and he did a great job, I only got nauseous one time from my pain pill which I only took 4 days, make sure you eat when you take your antibiotics and pain pulls that will really help, drink a lot of water, gingerale kept my stomach happy and crackers with the sodium free chicken broth, also in advance I made some homemade chicken noodle soup and bone broth, I love oranges and bananas and those definitely are helping my body heal, just watch your sodium intake because it will make you swell more. Good luck with your surgery I have no regrets I never wanted implants to begin with so I'm so happy with removal and my lift, the lipo is uncomfortable it's painful the first day and then just sore very bruised feeling sleeping is uncomfortable of course because you have to be elevated and the compression garment was so itchy, I have one now that is like Spanx so I'm more comfortable now. Well I'll post more pics next week. I was very bruised on my back from the lipo on my flanks but that is now almost gone.
