Well in 2012 I lost about 28lbs and 20 inches all over, my breast got saggy and I decided I Wanted a lift, I always have been big busted naturally, I was 38DDD during pregnancy before I was a 36DD. Well in June of 2012, I was a 34 C/D after weight loss, well doc told me I needed lift w implants, so I just agreed my gut told me no but of course I didn't listen, I told him and his nurse I didn't want to be any bigger than I was but to achieve fullness in upper pole I needed implants, so I had 350cc silicone moderate plus implants put in under muscle, well I have wanted them out everyday since then, I'm now a 34 E almost EE I regret doing this to myself and my family and my husband, my god the money I've spent could of taken us to Hawaii, I'm not able to Jog anymore, I hide them in compression bras sports bras I'm ashamed of myself and embarrassed I just want to have a conversation that dosnt involve staring at my chest. I want to be free of this and be able to fit in my bathing suit and just live without these sore tender big boobs, I feel like I'm full of milk again they are huge ugly and tender all the time. I will post again after surgery tomorrow if I'm able. Pics to come.

How are you feeling?
December 3, 2014
Very sore today but on the road to recovery doc said I had plenty of natural breast tissue to work with and I should be very happy with the results, I also had lipo done on my ab and flanks so I had to deal with that as well, not as bad as yesterday, just very sore.. I will post before and after pics soon. Thank you

So sad today, I'm doing better just sore and it's my step sons bday and I never miss anything even after my hysterectomy I pushed thru but I just couldn't make it to dinner, I'm home alone and sad, hopefully a few more days and then I'll be able to drive and get back to work, I have a tree to put up and shopping to do, I'm thinking I should have waited till summer to do this, but then again Idk I'd probably be miserable being stuck inside during the summer. .OK time to give in take a pain pill and go to sleep...Tomorrow will be better God is always good.

Lola, you look great. So how is everything coming along now?? How are the Lipo areas are you still really swollen there? I'm asking lots of questions because you got exactly what I'm getting, implants removed, a lift, and Lipo on abdomen and flanks. What bra did you wind up switching to?
December 11, 2014
Hi, I'm not really swollen to bad, it's a lot flatter today, I'm 9 days post op, I haven't taken anything but Tylenol since last sat, I'm sore bit not in pain, the first 2 days sucker mainly because of the drainage from the lipo, it's annoying but just make sure you lay towels on your floor where you will be changing and protect your mattress I just layed on old blanket and those pads my Doc gave me, they are basically puppy pads lol, I can't wear an under wire bra for 6 months so I'm wearing different sport bras and I actually bought a bra that has no under wire in it and it's a 34 D and it fit nice, I'm still swollen so I'm not sure where I will be I'm thinking between a C/D, it feels so good to breathe a deep breath and not feel those implants anymore, yesterday I drove and had my hair done went shopping, finished up the evening at church and dinner, full day, even helped a little with the Christmas tree, I woke up sore but am doing great and feel so much better!! Today I'm just relaxing so I hope that answers some of your questions, my surgery was excellent my Doc was amazing and his surgical team was great my recovery nurse was sweet and funny, I let my anesthesiologist know I get nauseous from anesthesia and he did a great job, I only got nauseous one time from my pain pill which I only took 4 days, make sure you eat when you take your antibiotics and pain pulls that will really help, drink a lot of water, gingerale kept my stomach happy and crackers with the sodium free chicken broth, also in advance I made some homemade chicken noodle soup and bone broth, I love oranges and bananas and those definitely are helping my body heal, just watch your sodium intake because it will make you swell more. Good luck with your surgery I have no regrets I never wanted implants to begin with so I'm so happy with removal and my lift, the lipo is uncomfortable it's painful the first day and then just sore very bruised feeling sleeping is uncomfortable of course because you have to be elevated and the compression garment was so itchy, I have one now that is like Spanx so I'm more comfortable now. Well I'll post more pics next week. I was very bruised on my back from the lipo on my flanks but that is now almost gone.
Thinking of you today and hope you are doing well!
