Been a while
Well its Feb 2016 its been a year and 2 months since surgery, things are good except I have some hypertrophic scarring under my breast, tried steroid shots and massage daily with Bit E and coconut oil, they are getting better just going to take time, still very happy with the shape, I gained about 13 lbs over the year so I have to get back to jogging now that I'm all healed up, I will post pics later today!

Dr Mentz and his whole surgical team were so amazing, funny and made me so comfortable, I was so nervous and they took great care of me, my recovery nurse was awesome she was just like my mom so sweet. My doc sent me home with a beautiful bowl of pink roses. I can't wait to post some pics, I'm so pleased. My first post op appt will be Dec 8. I'm bruised and sore, but my breast look absolutely amazing!! I'm so thankful that my friend recommended him to me.
