I had surgery with Dr. Steely 2 years ago, so I'm reviewing somewhat late, but I figure I shared my journey if anyone is interested in having surgery with him. I had a couple pre-op appointment with him and he is a friendly doctor who has a great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. The procedure itself was costly in comparison to other prices I've seen here on real self but what's done is done. I started out as an A cup, hardly anything up top and I was aiming for a large C or D. I had inframammary silicone implants, so I do have a scar under my boobs. One of the scars healed well but the other is still quite noticeable even after using different scar remedies. I tried the scar gel from the doctor's office was $20 I believe, scar silicone gel sheets I ordered from Amazon, mederma, serums but it's the scar is still there, so I'm looking into some type of scar revision treatment. I also developed some stretch marks but I don't mind them so much. Post surgery recovery was painful the first 2 months I'd say, I had these sharp pains that almost felt like electrical shocks, and I remember days where I regretted having the surgery done. I felt that I could have gone bigger though, I still feel my boobs are small but it was an improvement and that is what I was looking for. Dr. Steele's staff was attentive and it was always easy to get a hold of them if I had any questions. Overall, I'm content with the surgery, I didn't get the ideal size I wanted and they still look uneven to me but I have actual boobs and I honestly started out with nothing. There's days where I'll feel pain on my left breast if I get hugged too tightly or if I sleep on my stomach and I feel it is lower than my right. Hopefully I can find a picture of me before surgery so I can show ya'll. I posted some pics, they were taken in really harsh lighting and my phone takes pretty detailed photos.

Do you mind sharing your height and weight? I think your boonies look great :) they look like they are yours! That is what I want for myself.

Many women like to hear from members who are 2 years or more post op so thank you for sharing your story with us! I think you look great...not too big and not too small. I think most women also have a few areas they would like to improve upon when the get a revision in the far future, so I'm glad you're happy overall. Do you recall what type and size implants you got? Looking forward to your pre op pictures!
