Loving my boobs finally understand they'll get where they need to be when they're ready.. I'm not wearing any kind of support or bandage to push the down so he still don't want me exercising til 6 weeks aaahhh it's do to the fact he don't want them bouncing around much and I can't wear a sports bra yet... Said I could do legs so went one day but felt more sore so gonna hold out for 3 more weeks then I should be able to go with no restrictions.. They're looking good so far still high but getting softer.. One still looks flat in the middle so I wear loose shirts so it's not noticeable in public but not rushing them anymore I know it'll happen soon :))

One week

Fitmom13
Finally notice the bottom filling in a little and them not being so tight against my chest.. Still high but defiantly coming out some. Starting to love the journey with my boobs rather than wishing they were already in place. Think I might miss em when they settle down getting use to the high ride hahah glad they don't look flat looking forward to what this next week brings And ready to start up some cardio and legs

I'm in Houston also and I'm going for my consultation today. I look forward to seeing your progress, looks like as soon as those twins drop you're going to be one happy lady :-)

Hey pleased you re enjoying the journey....I think like many I assumed results within 2 days ha ha!
September 17, 2014
Me too hahah my friends were never even placed this high so hers went right to their place but every surgeons and person is different finally just not worrying about it all the time lol
September 17, 2014
Also where your boobs are on your chest makes a huge difference...I have a very low bust so implants will be placed differently and immediate results will be different x

I'm wondering if your current look is because you have strong/developed pectoral muscles??? I'm sure they will be amazing!! I'm hopeful to join the club Dec 4th. So I'm obsessively reading right now!
September 15, 2014
I think it has to do with that and I got high profile so it'll take awhile to drop.. I also don't wear anything to push them down as i see some wear an ace bandage up top my doc wants them to fall naturally I also won't start massaging for another week so I think it's a combination of everything is why they haven't moved... Hopefully when I start massaging them they'll drop into place.. at first I was freaking out about it but now I've excepted the fact they'll fall when they want and it's way to early to be worrying about them falling.. Good luck

I'm glad to read your updates! Thanks for your response. Curious, do you have a plan as to reentering fitness? When and how? I'm hoping to run, do lower body and cycle until the 6 weeks pass... is this a pipe dream?
September 15, 2014
Yes I do!! I'm ready to hit two weeks so I can start back to some cardio then slowly move to legs.. I plan on using light dumbbells to start back with the upper body between 4-6 weeks.. My friend just started back at the gym today and is almost 4 weeks post op but she had a hard time healing.. I could defiantly do cardio now but waiting til the two weeks so I don't raise my blood pressure as instructed but I've had an awesome recovery so far so I don't see me having to wait to long to return to the gym.. I do hear there are certain chest exercises to avoid but that's ok with me I need to work on my lower body more anyway hahah gonna talk to my ps at my two week ck up to see how long he wants me to hold off on upper body lifting but he knew beforehand I was gonna start back ASAP and he just told me mostly to listen to my body

Sorry to jump in here but RARBoxingMom, I wanted to help you with some answers. I am big on fitness and went from an A cup to a DD cup and I have zero issues with my high intensity workout routines. As far as the running is concerned, you might want to be prepared to hold off on that until the 6-8 week post op mark. Everyone is different but I absolutely could not do anything that bounced them until that timeframe was up. Of course I did go bigger.

I appreciate you jumping in! I just want a realistic idea of what to plan for. Exercise=happy endorphins! I'm hoping to do some spinning classes and lower body, abs, squats, leg extensions, etc. Is this realistic? (for within the 6-
September 28, 2014
It all depends on your PS I went for my two week check up and still not allowed to wear any type of bra so he don't want me doing anything til 6 weeks.. Said I could do legs and the bike so I tried but the sweat bothered my incisions so I haven't gone back just gonna wait 3 more weeks til I hit the 6 week mark then I should be able to go back full out.. It's hard and sometimes I get down on myself but I've been sticking to my diet 100% i just don't want to mess anything up so following his orders but some surgeons let their patients start back sooner.. Very few do the no bra thing I think if you wear a support bra you'd probably be able to start sooner I dunno
September 28, 2014
Did you wear a support bra?? My surgeon don't want me doing the bouncy thing either til after six months but I wear nothin lol no bra or ace bandage pushing em down.. Just bout to hit 3 weeks and they're finally coming down some and looking better

Mine said - two weeks..?? but reading so much on here that I feel like that must be to walk on the treadmill.... :( I am getting so caught up in the what if's and healing time. I'm forgetting there is life after 6-8 weeks...
September 28, 2014
I feel like I could do more then what he wants me too but he's worried about blood clots and like I said I don't wear any support so that could play a factor in why he wants me to wait.. At first it was tuff but I'm half way to the six weeks so I know it won't be much longer and I'll be back at it..
