I have wanted a fuller bust and more womanly figure, just like many of yall. I have talked about getting a BA for years but never thought I would actually be able to (financially) go through with the surgery. My stats are 5'4 110lbs I workout 5 days a week, so I am thinner and my current bra size is 32A-B. I have a small amount of breast tissue and a smaller chest frame. I am wondering if the choice of 325cc is to big? My PS and I discussed sizers and decided with silicone 325cc. The silicone was a big decision for me bc before going in I was sold on saline. I'm still unsure of my choice. I am very nervous about my upcoming surgery. Excited, yes but very nervous. I guess I am a worry wort about stuff like this. I'll post before pictures in my next post.

I am also very petite, under 100lbs. My advice would be to make sure you are going under the muscle. I have saline in that same size, and while I feel it's a bit bigger than I would like, my husband loves them :-/ They don't look stripper big, but I'll size down if I have to replace (I've had my salines for 18 years). I'm not sure why you decided to go silicone, but don't do it because someone talked you into it. If you researched and saline was your choice, stick with it. If you changed your mind because you learned something crucial you hadn't learned in your research, make sure you double check before moving forward because you'll always blame that person if you're not happy with the change. Best of luck!

Thank you! That is reassuring on the size I am not wanting an exaggerated look. I chose silicone bc after research and talking to others I learned it was less likely to ripple. I think that my nerves have just made me feel overwhelmed I was confident in my choice at the time of the appt. Now that the surgery is fast approaching my nerves are getting the better of me. Thank you for your advice!

Surgery day!!

Today I had surgery! At first I was nervous and anxious, but the staff at the surgery center was welcoming and made me feel better. I arrived at 8:30 and filled out paper work. A few min after paper work they took me to the back to prep me. Dr. Steely came by and asked how I was doing and comforted my nerves! After prepping the nurse brought my mom in and Dr. Steely sat down and chatted with us a bit and asked if we had any other questions/concerns and said that the surgery would start shortly. Everything went by so quickly! There was no down time. The nurses and staff were through and very helpful! And of course Dr. Steely was amazing! I was done with surgery by 11:40 and was in recovery for an hour and released. I was in no pain whatsoever! I just felt like I lifted heavy weights. I was put in a sports bra with some guze for bleeding (which I didn't have any bleeding). On the way home we stopped at Starbucks and it didn't feel like I had surgery a few hours ago at all! It's about six hours after surgery now and I just took my pain killer for the small amount of pain under my under arms and I took my antibiotic. I have gotten up and made myself food and something to drink. I would have preferred to eat some chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes but I ate something light instead (just in case). I have no nausea from the anesthesia at all! Dr. Steely personally called to check on me and see how I was feeling. He truly cares about his patients! I am so happy I have him as my PS! I am so happy with my procedure and it's just the first day! I expected so much more pain than this, right now it just feels like someone is sitting on my chest but it's not unbearable by any means. I uploaded some photos below I'm not comfortable being fully naked on this site with my line of work so I have a sports bra or swim suit on.

Congratulations! I hope you continue having this breezy recovery. Cant wait for your next updates, since we have the same stats. It's indeed kind of hard to see especially with sport bra on, but I understand why you want the privately! :)

Thank you! The second day was so far the most painful! I'm on the third day now and resting and drinking plenty of fluids has helped ease the pain. I will post a picture either today or tomorrow I don't feel like they have changed much yet!

4 days after surgery

I guess I typed in the wrong surgery day bc it says I'm 13 days after surgery. I can't figure out how to change it so I'll just make do. Lol yesterday I had a migraine all day the boobie pain had nothing on the migraine. I think it's bc I'm trying to wean myself off the pain killers and that I had slept all day for two days straight. Today is the 4th day and it's better. I washed my hair (finally) today! It's amazing how much better I feel after washing my hair! I also did a few things around the house and got on the treadmill for a little while. Laying down and sitting constantly has made my body hurt so getting on the treadmill just to walk helped. My boobs look less swollen today and lower! I keep a heating pad on for my back and ribs that seems to really help as well. Every day they look better and better. When I showered I briefly tried on the new swim top I purchased for my new boobies and it's to small! I am going to wait until my boobies are completely healed before I decide if I need to take back the swim top or not. I think later today I'll get out of the house for a bit, I think I'm going crazy sitting at home day after day.
