For the past several weeks I feel like I've lost my drive to go through with the surgery. I just don't feel like it will improve my quality of life. In fact I feel like the opposite will happen. I'm worried it will just wind up being a burden and a regret. IThe tummy tuck is something that I have wanted to do for 13 years but now that im turning 36 it just doesn't seem to matter any more. Guess I feel like my best years are behind me. I'm so disappointed by my lack of excitement and desire to do this that I've lost interest in taking care of myself. I wish I didn't feel this way.

Aww its really horrible to feel that way, I can totally relate. But you are still young even if you dont feel like it some days and I think you look good the way you are. If or when you feel like going through with the surgery you will know the time is right for you. No rush, right!?

Have you paid for any of it yet? To schedule my apt I had to pay $500. So when I was nervous or having doubts because I felt selfish I remenered

Ugh... Hate typing on my iPhone... Anyway.. I remembered that money was non refundable... Are you just having second thoughts? Or have you canceled the surgery? Of course its completely your choice, but I don't think you'll regret having a flat tummy. You may feel like there's othervthings you need to work on so what's the point if fixing one thing? I felt like this too. Then I realized I'll never be perfect so I won't try to be. I'm a 35 year old wife and mom. I don't have to be held to the standards of the magazine girls and I refuse to worry with it all my life. So I'll be happy with my body and try to be healthy everyday. The flat tummy was just nice so u can be comfortable in my clothes. It's not to be a hot sexy mom in the beach. Or for anyone's plwasure. I just wanted to be able to bend over and not have my gut hang over my shorts. :) we are here for you either way

I received the Body Beast!

So my Body Beast workout DVDs came in. I have only done 3 workouts because I've been sick but the workouts were great! I got pretty sore which I like because I know I did something right. I can't do all the moves but I certainly do my best. Once I start becoming more familiar with the workouts I can start doing them at the gym at times. I constantly have to mix up my workouts and even my location of workouts (gym or house) because I get so bored!!
