This summer I will be having a mommy makeover. I am 35 yrs old, 5ft 2in, 138 lbs. my procedures included submuscular silicone breast implant exchange, breast lift, fat grafting of buttocks, liposuction of axillae, bra line, back, flanks, and hips and , of course, a full tummy tuck. I have started working out and eating right and I am on a mission to lose 20 lbs before surgery!! I have years worth of research regarding tummy tucks and I finally feel educated enough With a right state of mind to proceed with this exciting and nerve racking journey!!!

Just thought I would mention my previous Breast surgeries performed by a different surgeon. I had a left Breast lift when I was 15. ( left Breast was 3 cup sizes larger than right!) And in 2010 I had a submuscular smooth round silicone augmentation with slight lift of right breast. I am happy with these results as I was left with pancake breasts after breastfeeding 3 babies. However I would still like rounder firmer breasts and Dr Patronella thinks I would benefit from another lift, tightening of the skin, and some tissue removal and to change out my high profile implants to ultra high profile. Cc size is still yet to be determined.

I have been using Thrive protein shakes and oral vitamins for a couple of weeks now and I literally can not remember the last time I have felt this good. Yesterday I researched all the vitamins on the nutrition label are there are NUMEROUS Heath and mental benefits. I'll gonna continue taking my thrive until the doc tells me it's time to stop my medications. I take the vitamins in combination with a healthy diet and exercise. ( I just started the exercise part) According to my BMI I need to lose 15-20 pounds to reach my ideal weight. I count my proteins, fats, and carbs, and as of today, have lost 3 pounds in two weeks. Not a bad to start to me! :) Thrive also has a transdermal vitamin patch that I am going to order in just a little Bit. I'll try that out and see how I like it. ( by the way, I'm not a distributor of thrive or by any means promoting it, I just thought I'd share what I am doing to try and reach my Health and weight loss goals prior to surgery and after as well) :)
