I feel like I should call my ps & make sure my breasts look normal. My experience with my doctor has been great, but I've been in pain with lots of bruising since surgery. I'm reading this is very common, but seems like some women with bruising like mine have hematoma. This concerns me. I have been referred & didn't do much research on the risks of ba. I just know I've wanted ba since having 3 kids & breast feeding them each for a year!! Thank you.

Definitely go see your ps. If for some reason you need to seek another opinion if you don't agree with your doc, I know of a great revision doc in Houston. Dr. Boynton. For future reference. I had complications with my first BA and went to him for my revision.

I just looked at your profile. You look amazing!!! I'm really hoping everything is going to be ok & I won't need a revision. It stresses me out even thinking about doing this again. It's only been 2 weeks & I'm still recovering. Can't imagine another surgery. :(

No, you shouldn't have to imagine that right now. I'm just hear to tell you if you don't agree with your ps, you can still find a doc you do agree with, not necessarily for another surgery, just another opinion on the subject. You are going to heal just fine with no other complications, I am sure of it. But make sure what your doc says sits well with you. You know your body better than anyone. And take it easy. Be good and kind to yourself as you recover. All the work that needs to be done will get done -- give yourself time to heal physically and emotionally.

Still uneven & bruised. Ps out of town. Will see him Friday. I'm a very frustrated momma. So glad I have you all to read your stories & read your replies & opinions.

Hi! My ps is very sweet & professional. He's doing another surgery on Tuesday to clean up the hematoma. Prayers please. I really didn't want to go under again but have no choice. Feeling scared.
