Hi, ok so got my nose initially done October of 2013 to fix a small dorsal hump. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete nightmare. My nose was actually worse than before. After a lot of begging and pleading I finally persuaded my mom to pay for me to get it fixed. Dr. Athre immediately impressed me with his detailed diagnosis of my nose. I knew I wanted him to fix my nose and I'm definitely glad I did! I absolutely love the results. Very natural looking which is what I wanted. If you're thinking about rhinoplasty I highly recommend Dr. Athre he's the best.

Can you show a view of the front? How did he raise your tip? Did he use a collumella strut ? What type of cartilage did he use, Septal? Ear? Rib? It Looks beautiful.
Yes sorry I'm new to this... And honestly I have no idea I know he didn't take cartridge from my ear or rib so I would assume septum
Your side profile looks great. Who performed your first rhino?
Thank you so much! Dr. Siegel did my first rhinoplasty and I was very unhappy with the results.
I have the same problem with dr. Siegel. Very unhappy with my nose surgery.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience! Do you have any tips for others going through revision rhinoplasty?

I think my biggest piece of advice which may not be very profound but nonetheless... Do your research! I can't stress this enough it took me months to find the right doctor for me. Also expect a lot more bruising, swelling, pain, etc. more so than the first time. After all that is said and done I'm so happy I decided to go through with it I'm very happy with my results! Best of luck to you!
