Ok so i am a 29 yr old mother of 4 beautiful daughters youngest is 11 months. Oldest is 6. I had 4 kids in a 5 yr time span. I am 5'5 146 lbs. i work out pretty regularly these days. About 3-5 times a week. Im not down to my goal weight yet which is 135 lbs. i dont want to be skinny. I want to be a size 6. I love my body at that weight. I want a mommy makeover to obviously restore what has been done to my body. Actually to make it better than it was before. I always had a great stomache but my breasts have never been great even before children. Im so excited ive been researching plastic surgeons for about 2 yrs. now. Ive looked at probably every plastic surgeon in the Houston area. Ive read more reviews and seen more before and after pictures than you could possibly imagine (well i dont know, here you probably could imagine lol). Ultimately i chose Dr. Patronella. His tummy tucks are by far the best ive seen. He has great reviews. Scar seems to be placed low on all pictures i have seen which is very important to me. His boob jobs are great too. I had my consultation at the beginning of feb. He seems to be a very nice down to earth doctor. I am having a breast lift with implant, tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks. I dont know what size breast implants im going with yet. Its between 375cc and 400cc. Silicone gel. I know there isnt much of a difference im just a little torn. Im going to bring my husband in next time so i can try them on and he can tell me what he thinks.

Oh how exciting! Mine isnt until june :( im so anxious. I really wanted to do it sooner bit it because of my kids school schedules and all, it just wasnt possible. Are you going to do a review? Are you doing the whole mommy makeover? I would love to see pictures!

Understand! I'm not sure if I will do a review or not. I'm getting a full TT and a BA.

I agree 100%. Don't go to small because you will regret it. I got 325g highly cohesive silicon gel implants, and TRUELY wish I had gotten a larger size. Oh well I still love them. Good luck lady, you are going to find the breast portion a breeze.

Mo114 and stephanienichole, I am similar on your stats for BA. I was going in with 400cc. Then did the digital at another dr and he suggested 535cc. Moderate profile and silicone, under the muscle. I'm going back in to get resized at my first dr but he uses sizers. Thinking I want to go bigger than 400cc because of my broad shoulders and frame. I can't wait to see your results! I'm conflicted on which size to choose. My surgery is 3/17

Well i cant do bigger than 400 because i have to have an an anchor lift and to go bigger i would have to get saline instead of silicone. I really want the silicone so he said absolutely no bigger because its to heavy on the incision. If i would have done saline, he would have put them in and filled them 2 weeks later instead of filling them in surgery. Then i could have gone much bigger if i wanted to. I did try on 425cc and personally they looked too big on me. I really dont want extra large boobs. Just a big/natural look. Ill be checking to see how your results look though! Good luck to you!
