6 month update

So its been 6 months since my surgery and i just thought ide give an update with a few pics. My stomach pretty much looks the same. I dont have any more swelling at all! Thank god! I feel like my swelling subsided by about 4 months post op. but i feel like my breasts have changed alot over the past 6 months. Sometimes i feel like maybe i went a tad too big but i absolutely love them. They have dropped and look much more natural than they use too!

Here is a picture of my tummy tuck scar taken at exactly 4 weeks post op. Its very low and thin. I think its going to heal nicely.

Your results are fantastic. Can I ask how recovery was the little ones? I have 4 children, 3 are still quite young, a 7 year old, 4 year old and a baby who will be 16 months at surgery time. How long did you have help for? When could you lift your youngest one? Hope you're feeling 100% soon!

Well to be honest, its been kind of hard to recover with them being so little. Monday will be 5 weeks and my mother in law is still here helping me out. I still cant really lift them yet. I have picked my 15 month old up a few times and it hasnt seemed to hurt anything but i dont think im actually suppose to lift her until 6 weeks. I am going to call and ask next week.

Thanks for sharing. I'm a little worried about this. My ps said no heavy lifting for 3-6 weeks and I have someone to help me for 3 weeks. I'm starting to think I might need to find additional help....

3 weeks post op
Well its been a while since ive updated. My surgery was on june 1st. Yesterday was officially my 3 week post op mark so I thought I would post some pics! First I would like to say I love Dr. Patronella. I knew i picked the right man for the job! I absolutely love my results. So far everything looks great and my tt scar is super low and so thin! I am highly impressed. I still have the tape on my breasts because Dr. Patronella said they help the scar heal better but i took the tape off my tt scar because alot of it was already coming loose. I cleaned it and applied silicone strips. I should have taken a pic of the scar before i put the strips on but i didnt think about it at the time. Ill do that next time i change them out. Im feeling pretty good. Maybe abput 70% better. Still have a ways to go. My stomach muscle still has some pain on the roght sode that wraps around to my back. Im not sure why. My left side is fine. My breasts never hurt at all. Not even from day 1. The recovery from that portion has been a breeze! One breast is already dropping some and has had some swelling go down so it looks a little smaller then my other one but they did look perfectly symmetrical before it started dropping a few days ago. I just hope the other one follows suit soon.

I had mine last week! Its so nice that his office has a complementary massage. I went ahead and scheduled another one for next month! Of course i have to pay for that one :)
