Monday morning is the big day! I've though about having an augmentation for years. The big day is fast approaching. The Doctor and I have decided on Textured round siiicone; haven't decided on cc's yet but looking at the range if 500cc to 600cc. If the 600cc is attractive and will be long lasting plus gives me my desired the look I wish to have, then hopefully that's what I end up with. I am hoping for nice cleavage, volume,and fullness. I'm currently a modest B and really hoping to end up with a DD.

Surgery went well.. but my doc went with the 400cc. I'm not happy about that, but apparently my breast pocket couldn't take the volume. I slept most of the day of my surgery. I went in at 6a and i was home by 12p. The pain was the worst the next day, but fortunately I my loving bf and niece have been here to help me. Today, I was able to get up on my own, and I ate a more than the last 2 days. Tomorrow I go in for my post op visit. I'm still in the surgical bra and haven't seen the girls yet. Super excited. I have been experiencing some sharp pain in both breast, is this normal?

Oh that's a tough one on the size issue. I'd hate to end up with complications if your doctor went with a larger implant but I'm sure you're hoping for a certain look. It will take a few weeks...almost a month, for your breasts to drop and fluff so try not to judge your final results until then. Yes, I've heard that sharp pains are common but it's nice the you can check in with your doctor tomorrow. Let us know how it goes!
