Ok, So my sister has been doing the process to get...
So she started checking in Mexico and found a great doctor called Dr Altamirano Cano. I started helping her to research and we looked at many doctors but he stuck out. He was so personable and he believes that if you're going to have surgery you need to meet and speak to your doctor before. So we contacted him and he wrote us back right away and scheduled a skype call.
He had so much information. He answered all our questions. We even kept texting him weeks before surgery and asking him things and he would always get back to us asap. The price was $4,400.
His whole staff is amazing. My sister had it done May 13th and after researching I decided to join her. The hospital staff at Hospital Guadalajara was great. The surgery was super quick. The main pain is he pains because they fill your tummy up.
I have been trying to lose weight all my life with fail attempts. I am 5'4 and my highest weight was 227. I am now 214 before I had the surgery. I had the surgery May 20th and so far I'm doing very well. I will keep this updated once I start losing and post more pics.
But bottom line if you want a caring doctor Dr A is the best! He remembers you, he does 3 surgeries a day, he is amazing. His whole staff cares about you. Don't be afraid to go out of the states because they take great care of you. They also put you up at Real Inn Tijuana Hotel which was sooo nice!
