25 Years Old, 3 Kids. Mastopexy/augmentation 205cc Implants

I originally had my surgery on the 29/09/17, I had uplift with implant 205cc under the muscle. All seemed fine at first until 2 months post op when my left breast started to form a different shape. In the end my left breast capsulated & my right I think the surgeon said was also on its way to do the exact same thing. I had revision surgery done on the 11/04/18 which is now just under two weeks ago. I had a slight mastopexy again, smaller areolas & 245cc round full profile over the muscle this time. After surgery I wasn’t put into my bra straight away I was wrapped up (pic to show what I mean) and was told my bra is to be put on at 1 week post op appointment and I was not to use a binder this time because they were overs. I have had minimal to zero pain with them whatsoever just a bit shaky after surgery for a few days. Now I am noticing a little change in my left one again. When I push them together a little (when putting on sports bra clean etc) my right one looks a lot fuller and rounder and my left one looks as though it is wider instead of fuller if that makes any sense I will attach the best photos I could get of before revision surgery & a few from after. Please can someone tell me if the left is going to change for the better. So nervous this time really want everything to go to plan. Don’t want anymore surgery if I can help it. Pictures are attached I noticed my one boob just not healing correctly. Had more pain in that one too. I can’t see my surgeon appear till 3 months!!! But I just want to know from you doctors or other people what it could be and I know by looking at it myself that it isn’t going to correct itself :( so disheartened I didn’t want another surgery.

I went with Mr D Mileto at the Hospital Group at Dolan park in bromsgrove, Birmingham, England. I had a lovely experience, I'm 6 days post op now and noticing different changes in my breasts but overall they look good. There is an intense amount of bruising & I am assured by the nurse that it is normal on a girl of my size. I'm Tiny, I'm 7st & 5ft 4". I went with Mr Domenico Mileto because he instantly made me feel comfortable he told me I only needed a 205cc full profile round motiva implant and an uplift to achieve my C/D desired cup. He said if I went any bigger due to poor elasticity in my skin that the results would sag very quickly. I went for the implants under the muscle for a more natural look. I can not knock the surgeon I am super happy with the results only 6 days post op. One boob is higher than the other but again I am told this does correct itself. So patience is all that is needed. The staff at the hospital group are friendly and helpful. The ward was lovely, and I wasn't kept there any longer than needed which is great! I highly recommend Mr Mileto at the Hospital Group for any of you girls that are in the same boat as I was, I couldn't wear nice things. My boobs were loose and saggy and empty. After being pregnant and going to a GG cup size. To then deflating back to a D over time played its roll. And left me with very old looking breasts pictures are attached or when the surgeon had drew me up ready for surgery and also day post op updates. So happy. Best thing I ever done.
