Breast cancer runs in my family. After seeing some family members who did not have reconstruction I decided I needed reconstruction to be a part of my cancer healing process. I would not let cancer have this part of my body. Dr. Cohn made it easy for me. Dr. Cohn gave me several different procedures to choose from and together we made the decision that was best for me. My post op was not problem free but I never felt abandoned or alone. I feel that my reconstruction was a group effort. My outcome is perfect for me.

I was scared to death the first time I saw Dr. Cohn. I had just received a breast cancer diagnosis and was trying to decide on reconstruction at the same time as a double mastectomy. I left feeling sure of my decision and informed regarding the procedure he recommended. My post op course was not problem free but I never felt anything but compassion and support during my extended healing process. Dr. Cohn worked very hard to give me the best outcome possible. I am very happy with my reconstruction. Dr. Cohn made me comfortable from my very first consultation. His staff is trained to make you comfortable from the moment you sign in until treatment is complete. I do not think I could have had the success I have with any other people. The are amazing.
