Dr. Casas is the only doctor I have ever went to see. After seeing her photo gallery, I knew she was the only one that could make my vision come true. I've always wanted to have breast augmentation surgery but was afraid of looking fake. After seeing what she is capable of doing, I knew I had to meet her. She is so easy to be around and makes you feel so comfortable about what you want. My consultation with her lasted over 2 hours and she never made me feel rushed. It seemed like I was her only patient. She is able to give you a great idea of what your outcome will look like. I breastfed all 3 of my kids and was left with little to no breast tissue. I used to be a 32b and got to the point where I couldn't even fill that bra. A bra that was padded enough to make me 2 cup sizes bigger. In her exam room, I tried on a sientra, shaped and textured implant, that was 400cc. It sounded like a lot, but when i put my shirt on over it, I looked exactly how I normally do with my super padded bra. That's exactly what I wanted because I didnt want anyone to know I was having surgery. I had my surgery on 10/03/14 and couldn't be happier with my results. My bra size is a 32DD, and you would never know it. People that know me would never know I had anything done. And when it comes to my own personal life, it's great because I have a really nice full chest. I have volume again and they look so natural, like I grew them myself. The after care is phemonenal and I recommend you do it. Janina does great massages after surgery and breaks up all your scar tissue. It's totally worth it!!! Everyone in the office is wonderful. I truly felt so comfortable from the start. Jenny, the office manager, is so sweet and easy to talk to. If I had to go through it all over again, I would. I feel like my dream has really come true and Dr. Casas is gifted with an artistic skill that is very hard to find. My surgery cost more only because more work was required. She takes 2 hours for her surgery and mine was 2 1/2. I appreciate that she cares enough about perfection not to rush through things. If you want the best quality work and end results, it's worth every penny.

It sounds like you got the perfect sized implants for your body. Just enough that you notice the difference but not everyone else. Glad you are happy with your results. Thank you for sharing your story with us on RealSelf!

As you can see, I was someone that benefitted from having this surgery. I breastfed 3 kids and as wonderful as that was, seeing what happened to my breasts was hard to deal with. I'm too young to have such old looking boobs. I feel a million times better and am so thankful I had this surgery. I'm very happy even a year later with the after care.

I knocked something off my bucket list and did a boudoir photo shoot. I felt amazing during the whole thing and surprised my husband with a look book for his 40th birthday. I never would have been comfortable enough to do this prior to having my augmentation.

2 years post surgery and I feel great
and no issues with the implants. People ask me if I can feel them and I truly can't. They feel as much a part of me as anything else. I'm still very happy that I did it.

You're review caught my eye as I'm in the same situation looking at getting the same implants. My breasts look very similar to yours after breastfeeding two kids. My Dr. recommends the tear drop shaped Sientras, which look like what you got? I was just wondering if they feel hard and also if you are still able to use a pushup bra to get some upper cleavage when you want it?

If you can imagine what a gummy bear feels like....that's how I would describe these implants. They are not hard but not super soft like natural breasts tissue. I do love them and am so happy that I got them. I can definitely get more cleavage with a push up bra but it's seldom that I wear one only because I'm very private about my implants. Not a lot of people know I got them because it was more personal for me and my comfort. My dr also said if I wear a push up bra, wear it for short periods of time so it doesn't move or affect the implant. Hope this helps. I'm happy to talk with you more if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your response! Ive been reading so many scary stories about women linking illnesses to breast implants its nice to see you doing great years after the surgery. Mine is on 3/15. I just had my preop today. I wanted the 400cc but my PS was concerned it was too much for my thin breast tissue to handle so Ill be getting the Sientra 350 teardrops. Youre pictures look beautiful by the way!!

I know how you feel. I had so much anxiety leading up to it. And then I looked around at all of my friends that have had them done and how celebrities get work done nonstop and I had a little bit of peace. It's always nerve wrecking. I was crying the whole way to the hospital. I have 3 little kids and I was so nervous if something went wrong. But everything went great, my recovery was so much easier than I ever expected. Make sure you stay on top of your meds and that someone is there to take care of you the first 2 weeks. If you need anything, please reach out. I wish you the best of luck and I'm excited for you.

Im done woohoo. My appt was at 11 yesterday and they had to bump me out twice so I didnt go into surgery until 3:30. I was so hungry! Im glad I went with the 350 my PS said even those were a tight fit. Judging by how much pain im in he must have really had to jam them in there lol. Ive had to take a lot of pain meds because I metabolize them too fast so Im not able to keep up on the pills as much as I like. Hoping to feel a bit better tomorrow. Thanks for reaching out to me!!

Mine were a very tight fit too! My dr struggled cause my pec muscles were so tight. They might look big to you now but they will go down about 25% once the swelling is gone. Hey plenty of rest and stay away from salty foods. You don't want to retain too much. And drink lots of water. That will help. I kept getting the sensation in my boobs like I was engorged with breastmilk. Pounding water will help with that. I'm exited for you!!! If you have any questions, let me know.
