Horrible at Liposuction!!!!!

I had liposuction of my stomach, flanks, and back with Dr. Motykie years ago along with a breast augmentation and lift. I spent over 20K and it was by far the worst decision Ive ever made. I went to him because he had great before and after pics and was so enthusiastic of the results I could have with these procedures. I wish I would have done more research on him. Flash forward to today and several revisions later ( by him and other surgeons) to try and fix my stomach indentations and scarring from the liposuction he performed and Im still so self conscience about letting anyone see my body. For reference - Im 5'5 and 130 lbs. Im not over weight or out of shape and I exercise regularly. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in trying to fix his work . I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I had lipo done years prior to him with another well known BH plastic surgeon and my scars faded almost immediately and were in spots that could be hidden if needed. But of course being greedy - I wanted more and he said he could achieve much better results ( contour) then I had with the previous surgeon. In hindsight I should of left well enough alone. :( I was gong in for Breast augmentation anyways... So why not? Big Mistake! With his work, its been years and the scars are still so prominent and embarrassing. They are on my flanks and are huge and noticeable. There is no way to hide them as they are on the upper side of my flanks in the middle. Ive tried lasers, microneedling, gels, scar pads and even had a surgeon open and reclose the scar in an attempt to fix the scars. Its still horrible and the worst part is every time I try to wear a bathing suit or get intimate with someone it always comes up, "Whats that from?" "Oh, you have them on both sides" UGH!
Im currently on this site in an attempt to find a surgeon that can help fix the irregularities ( possibly with fillers) Ive already tried fat transfer several times and came across his name and had to leave a review. Feeling deformed and insecure about your body for years because of a poor choice in a surgeon is my worst regret to date. You never know the damage one procedure can do to your self esteem and overall quality of life. To be fair to Dr. Motykie - I will say he did a decent job on my breast augmentation and lift. But he really should never do liposuction ever!!! I know he didnt intentionally do a bad job and I know when he reads this it hits him hard and for that Im sorry - But I CAN NOT let another women go through the nightmare Ive gone through and will continue to go through in order to seek some normalcy. Every doctor Ive consulted with said it will never be like it was before. The common saying is " We can make it better but it will never be completely smooth or like it was before the procedure. The damage is done. The canulla used to perform the lipo was done too close to the skin ( causing the indentations) and too aggressively. There is basically no amount of money that can fix my stomach and that is the most painful part of all this.
