Asymmetrical areolas, misplaced implants, lax skin hanging, size B when I requested a D. The Dr told me, “It’s the best I could do and you're being nit picky.” I asked for a refund and the CEO/Dr refused.

Yes, me too! It’s been a horrendous experience dealing with Advanced Surgical Associates Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona; Dr. Alvaro Testa Jr condescendingly told me, “Perhaps you should get your priorities straight as a single mom with limited finances,” when I held bag tears at my last office visit March 4, 2021 showing him my OBVIOUS asymmetries to which he would not take any accountability. The CEO, Trent Blain, is just as unethical and repulsive. They haven’t offered ANY resolution to refunding me the money I paid in addition to the fact that revision surgery is going to cost $15-$20 THOUSAND dollars to fix his work by a SKILLED, REPUTABLE, CAPABLE surgeon! I wish I could get some feedback from plastic surgeons on this site in reference to how to go about recouping my financial losses so that I can afford to get my body back!? I’m so disheartened by the “let’s just ignore her and hope she goes away” treatment this Dr, CEO, entity has done. Any advice, suggestions from credible surgeons on this site would be greatly appreciated. Clearly these pictures are PROOF in and of themselves. :(

My recommendation is hiring a lawyer to recuperate your money and then some. You clearly have a legit case and you are NOT being nit picky. These results are unacceptable.

I have been trying to settle this in a civil manner with the Dr and CEO, first by merely asking for a refund only to be repeatedly ignored for weeks on end. I proceeded to have a lawyer assist in drafting a comprehensive settlement letter/offer requesting $30K; $20K for revision surgery, $7K to refund what I paid, and $3K to pay the attorney. The CEO replied, “ Advanced Surgical Associates and Dr Testa respectfully reject this offer.” He did not provide ANY resolution. I’ve spoken to an additional malpractice attorney to which he informed me these cases are complicated and the surgeons think they are untouchable and unfortunately many women like myself go botched and financially broke because they don’t have the means to pay an attorney. I am not letting this surgeon get away with this. I’ve already filed a claim with the medical board, the Better Business Bureau and have contacted the local news station.

You need to get in touch with other patients prior and team up and Even get to know the current patients to document their experience of seeking too. To take them down you need testimony and other related cases to make your case stronger.

Thank you! If you search Dr. Alvaro tester Junior of advanced surgical Associates you will find that there’s literally only one other patient however they’ve had the same experience as I have. Fraudulent. The reason there’s only two reviews is because he isn’t even on this website which speaks volumes. I sent a follow-up email to the CEO of the company today requesting a resolution so I will await a response. I refuse to let them get away with this! There’s too many women out there that get screwed over because they don’t have the financial means to hire a lawyer and as a single mom that has been through custody court and has paid $30,000 in the past three years I am a person that knows lawyers are expensive
