I scheduled panniculectomy to address vertical excess skin on my abdomen. My surgeon changed the procedure while I was in surgery. He said that he thought he could get the desired result by doing a horizontal incision only. One year later, many calls and hundreds of dollars in out of pocket cost just to see my surgeon again and I have been told that I will have to pay for a new procedure to address the chief complaint that I came with initially, and that no discount or assistance
