*450/500 HP Silicone Unders* 1 yr post

So, where do I begin!! I am 23 yrs old, approx. 135 lb, 5'6 with two beautiful children(5 yr old girl, 1yr old boy). I have been talking about getting this surgery since I was 16!!! Needless to say every time I was going to get my surgery something has come up! WELL NOT THIS TIME lol. I am paying it in full and there is NOOOO backing out! I plan to use Dr. Robert Colgrove who I have been eyeing for about 6 years now. We had a consult in 2009 but since so much time has gone by I have to do it again. So, its set for Monday! (2/17/14) If all goes well I will be setting the date around the first week in March. I have my eyes set on about 400cc but I think it may be HUGE.

Oh my breast-- so before breastfeeding my 1 yr old I had small breast (I've been the same size bra since puberty) but with breastfeeding I was about a high C/low D.... now after I am back to a 34A buttttttttttttt they droop. I never knew small breast could sag.

Lucky for me I took TONSSSSSSSSSSSS of pictures when I was bf'ing (I have an obsession with breast lol) so I know what I am aiming for. We are going with under the muscle with my incision under the crease.

Even though I have been down this road before I am completely nervous. I am anxious for Monday to get here. There are so many questions I want to ask. Particularly, since breastfeeding my breast are not symmetrical. One is definitely fuller and lower than the other. Would this be a reason to go saline? or can it be corrected with silicone implants? Have you ladies ever thought you went too small? When I originally went to see my surgeon we opted for 275 cc but I was a smaller frame (like a size 1) and since giving birth I have gotten wider. I have my heart set on 400cc but I don't want Pamela Anderson breast (lol there's nothing wrong with anyone seeking this look) I have looked at so many women and tried to see those who had similar before pictures that resemble mine. It doesn't seem too large. I guess we will see Monday! Here is a quick nudie I snapped to show my current state. I plan to post more before surgery! If all goes well I hope to get my surgery done in 3 weeks!

I am soooooooooooooooo excited! I can't believe I am doing this! I have wanted this for so long and I am finally going to do it! Does anyone have any tips for recovery? What I really need to buy? I have seen tons of compression garments so I plan to ask my doctor which he recommends or where to buy! I am nervous because I will be doing this alone. I have help for the kids covered but none for myself not so much.

I want 400cc but is it too big for my frame?

what are the risk of implants bottoming out?

AND OF COURSE HOW SOON CAN WE SCHEDULE! LOL I stopped my bc weeks ago because I knew this would be coming up. I am ready. I am hoping he can squeeze me in ASAP. I can't wait to see Dr. Colgrove again!
