It was the worst choice of my life to have hip surgery with this doctor… I'm 1 month after surgery, I can see that the result of the hips is not good… This doctor may work well on the buttocks, but not on the hips ( And of course he isn’t the king on buttocks like they posted on Instagram… my hip implants have so much projection and must to me longer, looks very fake and I asked for a natural results… (NO NATURAL) for American people he gives one price and for foreign other, when you go to the consultation quickly he takes you to the room so as not to cross paths with other patients and get information… (If you claim it says that your case is different and is more expensive) this doctor is rude and arrogant, for the last consultation he arrived 1 h later… I feel mutilated I don’t like my hips and I will remove with an other doctor, I can not have a sexual life… I don’t like my body I was better before( he distroid my life) the doctor told me ahhh you signed the document you know the risks, this is crazy… the worst surgeon i have ever seen in my life, don’t throw you money girls… I spend 17000 surgery+ 5000 flight+ 4000 hotel and 4000 expenses for 1 month… he distroid my body and now I must do a correction with other doctor look hoy much money I lost… think 5 times before girls…

It’s a good thing there is always two sides to every story. Unfortunately, I’m not at the liberty to disclose, but there were several reasons explained why your case was more costly. What you display is not the result of implant or surgical error, but rather a well-known and discussed phenomenon called a seroma, which is easily remedied by having the fluid removed in the exam room, not requiring surgery. Most often, the seroma completely resolves after only 3-4 weekly visits.

Dr thé implant its too short for thé projection … looks fake, And this os not a good job. You you didn’t made me a Tac to see my hip bones to understand how make the implant. You didn’t make me análisis of blood to see if I have some problem, imagin if I have some problem, you must do análisis, to soo the blood coagulation, etc, etc… and it’s you personality, you think you are the king and not, this job it’s not a job done my the king… of course you will post only your best job, bt it’s not like this, it’s the body of the people, you can not do what you want you must do what we need… and this implant don’t corresponds to my physical structure. Looks fake… finish I regret sooooo much. And be sure my friends will never come with you, they all told me it’s sooo fake… you want better before…

Thank you for setting up this perfect educational opportunity regarding cosmetic hip implants.
1. Surgical prices vary from patient to patient depending upon factors such as a history of previous surgery or injections/fillers in the area, which always then increase the time & complexity of the surgery and the risks for complications.
2. These complications are always discussed in the initial consult, which took place days, weeks or even months before. They are again discussed the morning of surgery, with an opportunity for the patient to ask last second questions. Finally and again, these risks are individually labeled on the surgical consent forms, which must and are ALWAYS signed prior to commencing surgery.
3. What you display in your photo is not the result of the implant, but rather a well-known and discussed complication called a seroma. In fact, the most common risk with cosmetic hip implants is a post-op fluid collection (aka “seroma”). When this extra fluid accumulates in the pocket, it over expands the pocket and creates a visible contour distortion. This is something which is easily remedied by returning to have the fluid removed in the exam room, not requiring surgery. Most often, the seroma completely resolves after 3-4 weekly visits. Rarely does it require more than five sessions.
4. Although it indeed causes an inconvenience for out-of-town patients, historically, most have been able to find a local physician or nurse practitioner to do this relatively simple draining procedure.
5. Long story short, if you would like to have this resolved, I again strongly encourage you to have the seroma drained either by myself, or someone more conveniently closer to home.
