Day one of breast lift and implants, By Dr solomos at Highgate hospital.
Process was very relaxed and I was well looked after, the staff at the hospital were fabulous.
I have 375 on the left side and 350cc on the right as my breast were uneven before. Prior to surgery my breast size would have been a very deflated 32 b/c. I'm just hoping I'll be no more that a dd, as I'm not keen on big breasts due to having wide shoulders.
Not sure if I should still be bleeding, but my left side is still bleeding slightly. Having my post op review on the 6th so will post pics once the taping has been removed.
I'm currently taking arnica tablets as I've heard they are great for healing and also only taking paracetamol, the stronger tablets are not yet necessary.
So far so good.

Jeeeeeez the pain
MrsF123August 31, 2016
Ok so I'm a big baby when it comes to pain, but it's difficult to know what is normal. I'm feeling like I have done a major chest work out and suffering from the after effects. I can move my arms perfectly fine too (maybe I shouldn't have been doing that so much).
I'm not sure if my bra is too tight either?! Does anyone else feel quite restricted and should this be the case. Every so often I keep opening the front just for a bit of relief, should I be doing this also?
Sorry about the crap picture. (They look huge in this bra 32e)

I'm in a lot of pain today. Very very swollen up top. And not sure if the pain I'm feeling is normal. Just feel like I have lots of pressure on my chest and the side of my armpits.
The experience at the hospital was great, Dr solomos was very pleasant and all the staff were amazing. The nurses were exceptional with the aftercare. Are you staying in or just a day case?

Oh no so sorry to hear that ur not feeling good. I'm staying in over night well as far as I'm aware. Did u stay over night?x

No I was just a day case. Doctor said there was no need to stay overnight. I did leave quite late though. I was the first patient seen at 8:30am and left the clinic about 9:30pm.

I'm traveling 2 and half hours to get to highgate. My partner staying in a hotel near by,maybe I will be leaving in the evening with him then. I guess it's down to how everything goes. When will u get to see them properly? I could of had mine done by Dr solomos today on a cancellation but was really short notice to get to consultation. Every body says how great he is x

If you are ravelling two hours maybe it's best to stay in. I only had to travel about 45 mins. I have my 1st post op review on the 6th, so fingers crossed the healing is going in the right direction.
