Back to most exercise and feeling fab. Struggling with stamina but going from being really active to not at all does that! Thrilled to bits with my results

Awesome! I'm back full on too - the stamina is the hardest and I feel week, but good, if that makes sense :)

I agree. I must admit I've had to pull back a little as I can feel myself twingeing inside and it hurts a little. [RS bleep]
