One week to go til I will say goodbye to the saggy tummy and boobs I've hidden for years ! After having my first c sec with my first born I knew I would always need a tummy tuck but have waited until I didn't want any more children . After breastfeeding the last two for nearly 18 months my breast are just sagging skin . Im 5ft 1 and weigh 7 and half stone so quite petite but have just been left with all this horrible skin after my pregnancys . I can barely stand to look at these photos up close it looks even worse ! But it puts in perspective why I'm doing this ! I'm so scared to have these procedures and feel guilty to my children I'm putting myself through this But I its having such a big effect on my life. I'm hoping to have 330 hp nagor but they have 300 and 270 on stand by . Most people I see have implants have 400 to 500 ccs so I'm a bit worried that they won't be big enough but I've been told for my width that's the most I can have I measure 11 inch .

Mr Richards said all went well I had 330 cc high profile . Can't really see them atm but my tummy looks amazing . So glad I choose Mr Richards . The most painful part atm is my boobs the pressure I felt as soon as I woke is shocking . I've just sat up for fist time and walked to have a wash and realise that the pain in boobs eases when more upright . Pain is moderate now and are just having codeine with paracetamol . So hopefully every day will get slightly easier .

Hope you're recovering well. How are you getting on with the 330cc size. That's what I'm looking at but I am 5-9. The 350 sizers felt very big! Wishing you a speedy recovery.

I'm glad I choose the 330 cc they do look s little big atm but I think it's also swelling I'm very narrow chested and had little tissue . I was hoping to be about a d cup and think I will be . I'm only 5ft 1 so if ur quite tall then I'd say go bigger most people I know that have implants have 400 to 600 cc so I was worried nine wouldn't be big enough . Do u have much tissue ?

I'm a UK 32c but dont look it! Want a natural result. Going for anatomical I think. I'm worried that the pressure will be on at my pre op consultation to choose size. Hope you're feeling good xx
