how time flys ! Finally feeling more myself and I'm lightly getting back into the exercise . I really miss the running and classes I used to do . Scars are healing well and I've been applying kelo cote On them to help with that . My tummy scar and above which I was worried about has started to look better now and is all stretching out as they said would . I Still get swollen some times on tummy and boobs if i do too much .
One of my breasts is slightly lower than other and bigger which I did have before but hoping as the other one looks a bit high that maybe that one will drop abit and will even it out . I've read on here that not always both breasts drop at the same time so hoping that's the case for me . I'm really happy with my new body went out today as was sunny in shorts and a strapless top with no bra which felt so good never in a million years would of done that before !

Had two week post op check yesterday . The tapes were removed on my boons and tummy and cleaned an re applied. The boob scars are looking really good quite neat so hoping they continue to heal that way . .. There's some skin ruckling on the tummy scar which alarmed me a bit but the nurse has said that that will all smooth out over the weeks so fingers crossed it does.. I'll post a pic but the ruckling is hard to see . .. Started to drive for two days then my left boob really swelled and was painful so have decided not to drive for a little while and have arranged for the kids to be picked up for school . As I think it was the changing the gear stick and hand brake that has caused the discomfort. I had been feeling so well at the weekend think I Prob over done it as I'm back to feeling a bit uncomfortable everywhere and tired . So planning on taking it a bit more easy . It's frustrating sometimes that I want to do something that I can't like open a medicine bottle ! I'm not able to push down and turn the lids on them yet . It's like I have no strength in my arms or it will hurt . Peeling potatoes was also difficult lol but will take time I suppose .

So pleased I chose mr adrian richards to perform my procedures. Consultations were a little brief more time spent with the nurses . But I think that's because he's not a time waster could clearly see why I needed my surgery and he knew I'd done my research so I totally understood what I needed and wanted to have done. All nursers were very friendly and made me feel so at ease. And was nice to have a woman's view on sizing ect . After many consultations with different surgeons I chose mr richards because after seeing all his videos on u tube and reading all the brillain't reviews it gave me the confidence to know I would be in safe hands. On the day of my surgery when mr richards came in to see me before my op to do my markings , Both me and my husband just knew I was with the right surgeon and I didn't have a doubt in my mind which is amazing for me as I'm a v anxious person ! I'm so happy with my results I was totally shocked a week later when I removed bra on check up to see my new boobs never imagined they would look as good as they do now . Just life changing to now have a body I'm not ashamed off but one I actually want to show off ! my nurse for aftercare was sinead and she was just so lovely Any time I had a question and still do sometimes will always ring me strait back , and has always made feel if I was worried at all I could come back to be seen. Even Alison the sectary is just again so lovely and helpful and makes all the difference to have a friendly voice at the end of the telephone . I highly re commend mr richards and I already have a friend having a consultation with him for a tummy tuck after seeing my results !
