Hideous & Terrible Revision Rhinoplasty

“There’s something wrong with your brain.” That’s what Dr. Sedgh told me when I shared feedback about the results of my nose. In my consultation, I asked Dr. Sedgh to address the following: 1.) a hanging columella, 2.) over-rotation and 3.) some very minor scar tissue removal from one side of my tip. What I got instead was a nose that was even more over-rotated than before, an even more accentuated hanging columella, and a severely narrowed tip. My nose looks incredibly unnatural. I have since seen other doctors who agree that Dr. Sedgh’s work is way overdone and unnatural looking -- stating "you have a very LA nose." As an ethnic woman, I couldn’t be more displeased and embarrassed by Dr. Sedgh’s work and as expensive as this choice was, I would never recommend Dr. Sedgh.
