The material and everything its tight fitted not too hot and fits real well comfortable. It shrinks everywhere that needs shrinking and lifts everything that needs lifting. Its awesome

How did you know what size to get before the surgery?
I didn't but I suggest a size or 2 smaller than what you are now. My sister gave me her faja and she's smaller than I Am it was a medium faja from Colombia but after surgery the dr. Told me I'm going to need a thigh one and it's true. I'm wearing a 36 size faja but soon will provably need a 34 for more compression.
