25 Years Old, No Kids, 132 Lbs, Getting 500cc Silicone Textured Implant (Mentor) Placed Subglandular

The most pain I'm having at this point it when I've been sleeping then wake up and the sit up. The pressure is pretty painful. I got out of the house today, did my make up and walked around the mall. I feel great. I cannot wait for the drop and fluff. I've showered twice. Yesterday and today and it felt great. I can attest that over the muscle is less painful than under. You for sure recover way faster. My incision cites are pretty painful due to the surgical bra my PS gave me rubbing against it, so I switched to one that I purchased on amazon and it is SO comfortable.

I've been sleeping a lot! Most of my pain stems from going from the 45 degree angle to upright. So I'd say laying down it's about a 2 and then going upright like a 7/8. I don't know if it's because of how the weight or what but my entire breast hurts when I sit straight up. I'm trying to deal with the pain so that I don't have to take a pain med but man does it hurt. Bambi, Dr Hankins nurse said that I'm okay to shower today and to blow dry the incision area also to do my stretches I mentioned. I'm going to try and move to the couch today, I'm tired of being in bed lol, I'll keep updating

1 day post op, I woke up in pain I'd say a 5 or 6. I had a follow up visit with my PS this morning at 10:30 he says that everything is looking good, I am so in love with them, I seen them and I immediately cried they are beautiful. Since I went over the muscle I have no massage techniques that I have to do. They do want me to stretch my arms out to my side and above my head. I took a pain med before my appt but I've been okay since and it's 5pm now. I will keep updating!
