My belief is that procedures should be done 'early'..... When you maintain tightness, smoothness, and feel great about yourself, you CAN'T go wrong. Research is mandatory on type of procedure, and especially doctor qualifications. I've had a 'mini-lift' done 8 years ago. So happy! Full anesthesia, 3 week recovery to feel 'perfect' and public ready. No one believes my age.... This is my second procedure to refresh the look I have...... I'm just over 50. THIS experience is SUPERIOR to 1st great one done 8 years ago. My doctor, Dr. Lanfranchi ( Las Vegas) was so highly rated and recommended, that I went for a consultation. I expected a great experience, but it's unreal how EVERYTHING turned out----- The entire experience was done under 'local' anesthesia ....... I had ZERO side effects---no nauseous, NO pain. I was awake, talking to Dr Lanfranchi and his assistant the entire time. I felt nothing except slight 'pulling', I felt unbelievably comfortable for the entire procedure. More specifics: (1) The staff..... so kind, knowledgeable and made me so comfortable. I never hesitated to ask them any questions..... and they honestly cared that I was completely stoked and satisfied before, during, and after my procedure that I had exactly 7 days ago. (2) The procedure....... This was an entire lower mini-facelift...... tightened the loose skin on my jawline, removed ALL tiny lines from under my neck, and my cheeks look awesome....... (3) The seven days of recovery since procedure: Wow...... I feel amazing, no nausea , I DID follow every instruction about aftercare ie: ointment to apply, specific moisturizer, sleep elevated , etc. (4) My doctor......... Dr. Lanfranchi is incredible. He is young, super educated, tons of experience, and made me super comfortable before, during, and after ( next appt in 7 days, and I am able to wear makeup NOW ! I am only slightly swollen, and it took 3 weeks to be this stellar after my 1st procedure 8 years ago----This doctor is spectacular. I am referring him to my friends, as young as 35, and up to my age of just hitting 50....... We all hang out, and all look GREAT !
