I've been a patient of Hankins & Sohn Plastic Surgery for nearly ten years. My experience with Dr Hankins initially began after a Beverly Hills surgeon botched my first breast augmentation. Throughout the years, given my career in entertainment, I've elected to revise and augment my physique with several procedures. This includes liposuction, breast augmentation, thermage, tummy tuck, botox, collagen, the works. What I genuinely appreciate about this surgical team is their kind, selfless honesty. My appearance, for my job, requires me to look a certain way. When I brought Dr Hankins a request, he'd thoughtfully listen. We'd discuss what I wanted to do and what I was trying to achieve. More than once, Dr Hankins would provide suggestions, to give me the look I wanted, without subjecting myself to unnecessary surgeries. I trust this team of people. There are few plastic surgeons with integrity, who put their patients above making more money. I've been able to maintain my appearance, in a nudity - required performance career, without needing to take out a single loan or payment plan. Hankins & Sohn Plastic Surgery highly regards military and military dependents. I've been given generous discounts on my procedures because I'm married to an active duty member. I've received large discounts on major surgeries for being a return patient, and, for recommending my friends. They always consider this when arranging my costs, no matter how long it's been since my last procedure. Susan has been amazing, to keep costs within my budget. More than once, she went out of her way to lower my surgical fees beyond what I was quoted. One time, I was quoted a price that turned out to be lower than what the surgery actually cost. Discovering the mistake, I was not asked to pay any more money. Linda has joined Susan in the finance department. These women were born to do this job. At no time, did I feel I was being treated with anything but respect. I leave their office feeling spoiled, like a celebrity. This surgical team has integrity. When it comes to altering or upkeeping one's appearance, the doctor's motive is important to consider. Are they going to do the bare minimum, to make the most money? Or, do they actually care about what the patient wants, AND, goes out of their way to make that happen? Hankins & Sohn Plastic Surgery goes out of their way, at every possible opportunity, to provide the most outstanding medical care possible. The entire staff, from the receptionist, to the nurses(Bambi is INCREDIBLE!), to the finance department, to the legendary magic makers(Dr Hankins and Dr Sohn). I can't say enough about this surgical group, so, I'll dim it up with the following: After injuries, babies, weight changes, and aging, I'm able to continue doing what I do. I've been treated like royalty every single time I interact with these people. They've never taken advantage of me, financially, and have always expressed their deepest gratitude for my loyalty to their business. The surgical skill resulted in this grandmother being able to be a nude performer, at the ripe old age of 40- something. I'm a customer for life!
