I've contemplated a tummy tuck for years after delivering my 4th child 13-months after having my twins which were born at 24-weeks, admitted in hospital at 12-weeks of pregnancy and sat on strict bed rest,lying in left side until I delivered them. My body took a toll! I won't deny I gained weight too!

There are not enough words to express the gracefulness Dr. Sillins works. She's precise, well-studied and truly is Beverly Hills trained. I'm in part 1 of 2 with a mommy makeover. She recommended a circumfertial tummy tuck because my loose skin went around my sides. She was the only surgeon who recommended this as I wanted to ensure my results were contoured, proportioned and I didn't have any 'dog ears' as I was left with from an earlier breast reduction (performed by another surgeon). She truly has gifted hands, listens to your wants/needs and will tell you what will be your best path for your goals. Part 2 is my breast augmentation to repair my botched right breast and again, she recommended a decent size implant. (Hubby wants a lot bigger!) After my surgery, I can honestly say I had not one ounce of pain! Staying overnight in the hospital was the best decision I made! I had a pain pump, around the clock care and made my first night more manageable! When I got home, I made sure to stay on a strict schedule of having my pain meds every 4-hours; even setting my alarm! I believe a couple things contributed to my painless first week...1) my surgeon and 2) keeping up with my meds! Other than getting out of my awful recliner that is too cozy, comfy but big and bulky making it hard to get out of, I've had some discomfort and soreness. I came home with 2 drains; one removed last week and the last one to be pulled this week! You won't be disappointed with her! Her aftercare has exceeded my expectations and I'm thrilled, anxious and counting the weeks to Part 2!!

I feel great! Had my second drain pulled today and I feel 'free' from the dependency of my other 'sidekick!' Thank you for the compliment!! I'm happy to share my experience with everyone on here!

Was $12800 the cost of your tummy tuck or the mommy makeover?
The tummy tuck was $6,500. The additional fees were for the operating room, the anesthesiologist and my overnight stay (optional) in the hospital she performed my surgery. :)
I'm still a lil confused... is the $12,800 the total cost for tummy tuck, additional fees and part 2 to repair your botched breast augmentation?
When do you go for part 2 of your surgery, can't wait to see your results. Your Tummy Tuck came out amazing, you look great.
@tessa951, I have not had part 2 done yet. I'm very anxious for part 2 bcuz I look at me now and see skinny below the chest! My breast area is fatty looking now; especially hat fat pocket near the armpit! So, the $12,800 was only for my tummy tuck. Again, I had a circumferential tummy tuck. The break down is: $6,500 was the doctors fee, I opted to have my surgery at Christ Hospital so their fees were $4,800; which $325 was the fee for overnight admission to the hospital, then the anesthesiologist was $1,500. Hope this helps!! Btw, I would trust no one but Dr. Sillins to do part 2 or anything else to my body. I recently had my lips augmented with filler from her and let me say when I went to Ideal Image, I came out with crooked lips and it didn't last long! Dr. Sillins followed up with me to ensure they were full, straight and proportioned evenly. She's the best!

I meet with her about a month ago, I'm sure I'll be meeting with her again considering I just had a lift/revision done in February from another Dr. and I feel like he botched me AGAIN and basically set me up for another surgery. He made my boobs 2 different sizes, one is a C and the other is a D, and very noticeable, this will be my 4th surgery to try to correct my breast. She informed me that the last Dr that I used was not board certified for breast surgery, so I apparently did not do my research well enough. So over and done with this and just want it to be over but I did like Dr. Sillins and really thinking about going back to see her for another consult to see what all can be done to fix my situation. Good luck and can't wait to see how yours turn out.
