Poland anomaly and 10 year post DIEP breast reconstruction

I’m posting these photos to show how well my scars have settled. You may need to look very carefully to them! I’ve included ‘Poland’ so it may be matched by database searching and encourage anyone seeking reconstruction for this purpose alone to consult Mr. Webster because I am in far better shape than I was before needing reconstruction due to mastectomy.

I consulted Howard following my need for a mastectomy due to DCIS. I was especially concerned about my demise because I have a congenital absence of the underlying pectoral muscle, so I was potentially quite a mess.
However, I quickly felt rapport with Howard because he greeted us with warm confidence and he was erudite about my surgical past. He then explained possible solutions and the unbelievably beautiful results I saw in his file restored my joie d'vive, at last. I chose a tummy tuck reconstruction because, being so confident of Howard's craft, I could happily trade in caesarean scars and an earlier skin graft!
I'm so glad Howard performed my surgery as I have only a fine, pale breast scar and only one lower scar, rather than three, on my tummy. And since my breasts are more shapely than before, I feel surprisingly more carefree and especially more confident when dressing socially. Also, Howard and ARC gave me perfectly-orchestrated attentive care so, when I no longer like my mirror image, I imagine I'll be returning there!
