I'm a twenty one year old woman who has never really been happy with my breast. I was a 34C up until some weight loss last year which took me to a 32b, I never like the shape of my breast as I had not really any breast at the top so even with a good push up bra there was still no sign of cleavage or boobs for that matter and don't get me started on laying down to go to bed at night as they were pretty none exsistent! I had my surgery 6th Feb 18 at spire hospital and received phenomenal care! At my pre-op appointment with dr.hurren I explained I didn't necessarily want 'big fake boobs' just having some would be nice! I wanted nice natural boobs that fitted my frame and he was amazing at helping me decide on what size to go for and I ended up getting 345CC and my dress size is 8 and I cannot stress enough how perfect they are, they are totally in proportion to my body and suit me my frame amazingly. I'm writing this review at 4 weeks and am currently in a size 34D Asda sports bra. I honestly cannot stress enough how unbelievable my recovery has been, I stopped taking pain killers 4 days in as I wouldn't really describe feeling any pain just discomfort and aches. My scars are pretty much undetectable which is amazing for still so early on. I am so grateful to dr.hurren for giving me exactly what I needed to boost my confidence and I wouldn't change anything at all because it went as perfect as I could hope for and I am over the moon with my results.

hello, i am looking to be a similar size as yourself, how did you decide withdr hurren what as best? i am a similar breast size as to yourself pre op - i am worried he will say i havent enough breast tissue to go big?

Hi! From looking and measuring he said I was eligible for over the muscle so that was down to him but with size I was very strict that I didn't want my skin too stretched or to look like I had huge stuck on fake boobs and I wanted as in proportion to my body as possible! He explained the only thing that would make people think they were fake was that someone of my frame and build usually isn't blessed with these size boobs

What is the difference between doing under/over muscle is it depending on how big you are to start with? Yes I get that, he sounds a good dr i am booked in for consultation beginning of june just nervous dont know what to expect with the sizings! What was your consultation like? After surgery did you stay overnight?

I think maybe the look of the breast? Also I hear that under the muscle is more painful but I'm not 100%, But yeah depending on how much you already have! Honestly I cannot recommend him highly enough and everyone in the hospital really sang his praises. Consultation was good but quite quick as to them they do it everyday so remember this is all new to you so don't feel shy about asking as much questions as possible! I even used to email question to his secretary and the response time was amazing and yeah I stayed over one night and couldn't fault it I was treated so so kindly by all staff

Hello!
I am 11 weeks post op nearly and feel fully back to normal apart from being strict with moisturiser and bio oil cause sometimes they get a bit dry that then makes the skin feel a bit tight/itchy! But I started putting bio oil on a week after my op and my scars are so so small it's amazing! I have had (touch wood) no problems and recovery was a breeze! I am measuring at 32E and have attached pictures in different bra types such as lace flimsy triangle bras and underwired tshirt bra to show the difference in look!
