Hopefully I can wear a swimsuit without being afraid of bending over and having this tummy hanging all over the place.I have always had small breast 34 b small b that is deflated... Hoping for full c small d. My weight has been steady since my second child 140 lbs and I'm 5'4. I oldest is 20 and a junior in college. I also have a 12 year old and a 6 year old. I had my first at the age of 16. My husband and I have been together for 21 years. I have dedicated my life to my family now I'm finally doing something for me.
After surgery I was feeling well up until 1 am. Dear lord my chest hurt really bad, felt like I couldn't breath.... I'm feeling better now, my husband and children have been amazing. About to have some chicken soup now
Last night was way better I slept till 3 and took meds went right back to sleep had a sponge bath this morning ate breakfast took meds and right back to that's how it's been so far. Thankfully feeling rested pain on chest minimal ab hurt if laugh cough or getting up and walking other wise feeling well
I've been well. Everyday is a better day. I can't complain things weren't as bad as I thought it could of been. I must say not being able to shower for a week is grossssss. Sponge baths doesn't do it for me. Thank goodness my first post op visit is tomorrow. I haven't post any pics because I'm all wrapped up still. I haven't even taken my bra off to see because I wanted to wait and see it altogether.
Yesterday was my first post op and everything went well. My drains were removed ouch.... My lower abdomen is very swollen and bruised from lipo my belly button is nice and healing well. My incision looks nice and thin. My breast are perfect he said leave them alone no need to massage can wear a bra. Everything looks good no infection. I finally got to shower yes! I love how Dr G called me to ask how was that shower? He is truly amazing very attentive. So far things are going well will put pics when I'm feeling up to
Loving my tummy
Yesterday I had my second post op visit. Everything is going well, he changed the tape over my incision. My lower abdomen is still a little swollen he put a needle in my abdomin to check for fluid collection but I thankfully had none and also trimmed my belly button and tummy incision stitches. He showed me how to massage my breast and said I look fanamanol for being less then two weeks post up. I am just about walking completely straight. My breast have gone down a little more and move a little now. I couldn't be happier
I forgot to mention I got a vertical incision because my belly button was a little high and I didn't have enough skin to close incision if it weren't for this vertical scar
I had my 3 weeks post op visit on Monday. I am able to go in the pool and beach now. I can exercise do arobics and go to the gym but no heavy lifting. He asked me to start silicone sheet treatment on tummy tuck incision and silicone gel on belly button and breast incision. I am very happy with my recovery and results so far even though I still have swelling in my lower abdomen.
Super happy and feeling just about there
I'm 7 weeks post op today and thought I would share me progress with you. I am thrilled with my results so far. I'm still experiencing swelling in my lower abdomin. Ps said in 6 to 8 swelling should not be much of an issue. I have started exercising very lightly thou by my ps recomendaciones. My breast have a little more settling in to do but look amazing as of now. My tt scar is a thin line no even visible in some parts ps did an extraordinary job. I've been using newgel silicone gel sheet on tt scar and silicone cream for belly button and breast scars.
2 days shy of my 4 months post op
I am trilled with my results so far. I started working out doing some cardio and weights. I had a 3 months post up visit in November with my PS. He said he wanted to revise my vertical scar try and shorten it as much as possible now that my sink has stretched. He also said if I feel I needed and more lipo he will do those touch ups for me as well. He said it wouldn't be general anesthesia and I would have a quick recovery. We wants to see me at 6 months post op in February to see how I look and schedule what every it is I'm having done. He will not be charging me for this procedure, he wants me to be completely happy. I still am experiencing swelling in my abdomen more the lower then the top. My scar has smoothed out, they look a little more reder on photos then in person. I breast are very soft and I love how they look size wise and on me. I am thus far very excited about the outcome of this journey.
3 months post op
