I am now a 32DDD by the way. According to Victoria secret crazy sizes. I don't really believe the size because I feel like they don't look that big.

What is dual plane? What made you choose that? have surgery scheduled with him on feb 11 and I'm getting nervous if I chose the right size/type. I'm getting 400cc high profile silicone unders.
Dual plane is 2/3 under the muscle and 1/3 above the muscle (at the bottom of your breast) it helps lift sagging. I was boarder line needing a lift so this technique helped me avoid a lift. Good luck! He's great

My surgery with dr greenwald is March 9th I'm getting dual plane 450 cc saline!! You look amazing.. Are you happy with the size? I was a little worried they mite be to big now I'm worried they mite be to small lol so confused.

Looks great. I have my ba with him on Monday 1/4. So excited. How was recovery? I too have 3 breastfed kids. Ages 2.5, 7, 9.
Recovery was not bad at all! I definitely expected way worse. You will be super sore and tired for the first day, but you will be functional. I was able to walk around like normal, just took it easy. Dr Greenwald is truly wonderful
