I'm 5'10". Almost 5'11". Broad shoulders. Wide hips. Hourglass frame. I keep reading about tall girls and how they can take ccs up without too much notice. I want a rounded fuller breast shape. Not a lot of projection so I'm thinking low or moderate profile. My surgeon offers Sientra which go up to 700cc. But I'm thinking I may want up to 800cc. I don't wanna go crazy but if HATES to come outta surgery feeling disappointed because they are the aesthetic I was seeking.

I am an example of broad athletic build. I am 5ft and weigh about 112. I used to have big boobs until I started running and lost a ton of weight. I had a 32 dd prior to loosing weight. I ended up getting surgery and went with 625 cc. At first I was scared because everyone was telling me I was going to large. But I tried on sizes twice both times stuck with the same cc. I chose the high profile gummy bear silicone. I have to say I ak glad I chose the larger size. My doctor told me i was able to have that size because of my frame as well. Go with your gut when it comes to cc they doctor told me it's all about your body type.
See I'm also a runner and after nursing kids my boobs went bye bye. I'm getting gummy bears also but the max I believe is 695/700cc depending on profile.
I'm 5'8, 160 pounds and I have broad shoulders. I have 525 silicone. They look absolutely beautiful however since I did my BA I've always wanted bigger. I say go BIG!
I'd definitely caution on the side of bigger rather than smaller when you're a taller girl. I don't know if the implants just "settle-in" or you get used to them, but everyone I've talked to wishes they would have gone bigger. If you're a runner and really active... It's all about the sports bra. The one I use is made by Panache, it's super supportive. Your new boobs won't budge
I am 5'8" 150lbs with broad shoulders/athletic build. I didn't want a lot of projection either because I have a larger rib cage and I felt like high profile implants would make me look even broader. I ended up with 650cc moderate profile silicone unders. I let my doctor ultimately decide on the size and they ended up being just how I wanted. I thought 550 would give me the look I wanted, so I recommend going bigger if in doubt!
I'm thrilled with my 625 cc overs. sientra moderates.
