Uneven nostrils - bad scarring causing sleeping issues

This is how my nose looks like, 4 years on. Unfortunately it is bulbous and wonky. There is also scarring inside my left nostril, which gives me sleeping issues.

I was hopeful at first during my first year of recovery, but after a year off full recovery my nostils were still uneven, with one side of my tip increasing in size during the healing period. This is because of bad scarring , due to bad surgery work. ( I now snore loudly/ wake myself up most nights, due to scarring blockage).
He might have been friendly and reassuring, but kept on forgetting who I was during re-consultations and forgetting the procedure I desired (Even though he had my information on his tablet).

Just before the surgery, he asked my mum for her advice on wherever he should also slightly lift up my tip. She agreed out of confusion. I was young and nervous as I knew I only had a few hours before I was put under, so I said nothing as he showed her how he would this. I NEVER ASKED/WANTED this procedure during my consultations. I only asked to reduce the bone/cartilage on my bridge and tip.

I convinced myself that the extra procedure was needed, I was just happy at the time for finally having the rhinoplasty done after years of saving money and having lack of confidence because of my nose size.

After I asked for a revision. He said he would do this whilst I was awake. During the procedure he made me feel awful and guilty by making an unprofessional comment about if I didn’t want to feel pain I shouldn’t have agreed to go ahead with this procedure. He said this as he was injecting Anaesthetic in my nose. ( The revision of cutting inside one side of my nostrils, did nothing on the uneven nostrils) I did not book a re consultation/follow up after, as I was put down by his unprofessional comment.

I put my whole trust on Mr Uppal four years ago, resulting in a botched nose.

Overall, I am happy with my nose. I have less panic attacks when it public and I can now go out not wearing makeup and am more confidant. Only down point is that one nostil still is bigger than the other. I did recive free revision, under local anaesthetic and awake. It doesn't bother me but I might get revision to make them even in a year's time.
