That could be her but I'm not certain! I know exactly how you feel, I wish he would give her a stern warning or even fire her because that is no way to treat patients/potential patients. But please don't be put off, I had my surgery with Dr Ion last year and he's an amazing surgeon, and super polite! He's got such a calm nature, it's really reassuring as it shows that he's confident and knows what he's doing!

I was looking to book an appointment with Mr Ion but the earliest possible is in November! How did you book an appointment for next month sophtaurus? Sadly I won't wait till November (+ the wait for surgery), since I want to get this done asap and finish this nose nightmare!

Ya, there is one who is really rude, I kind of got a bit pissed off when she was so rude, so she basically just hung up on me :/ I wish I knew her name though. The rest of their ladies are really nice .

Exactly, the other ladies are very nice except for that one rude woman! I still remember her voice, so next time I go in for my check up I'll ask her for her name. Disgusted with her behavior, she needs to get a low rank job until she learns how to deal with people.

Haha, I remember her voice too and honestly whenever she would pick up the phone I would just ask to talk to the other ladies. She would make uneccassary problem, And she is extremely squared, while talking
To the other secretaries they never ever caused troubles and were very understanding and helpful. I think if people actully complain, they might take actions, hovered something tells me she is the boss of the other secretaries honestly and even rude to them. I haven't decided with the surgery yet, but if I ever come across her again, I'll let her know upfront to behave.

Exactly, imagina complain next time if I speak to her again. And do complain directly to Dr Ion too, might feel a bit awkward but it has to be done!

I sincerely hope somebody will send a complaint, this is not the way to treat patients. If nobody complains this unprofessional behaviour will go on uncorrected.

I got ganged up on by Davis and his secretary so yes, I know what's it's like and it is the utmost in unprofessionalism.

Yes, I've had it done last year in august. Very pleased with the results and in a way it changed my life. I used to be so self-concious of the bump on my nose, always had to be changing the way I'd face someone so they'd see my "good side". I can finally be relaxed around people as all sides are now my "good side"!

That's so amazing good for you! That's exactly how I feel right now, I'm scared to even book a consultation because I think it's just fear of the unknown! Also as I'm only 20 people have said I'm too young but I feel like that shouldn't matter when it's something I'm so un happy about? So glad you've had a good experience :)

I had it done at 19! I think that's plenty old enough, at least for me it was. I was very sure of what I wanted and I just went for it!
