So after hours reading everyone's reviews it's time to write my own. I had my lip lift today in London with Miss Caroline Mills. Great consultation, she gave me lots of confidence and it's a procedure I've wanted for a long time but having had a number of consultations had never found the right surgeon. I've always had a long philtrum and new the lip lift would balance my face. It's 5 hours post procedure and I'm really achy and sore (taking paracetamol and ibuprofen to help) as the local anaesthetic wears off but very excited about the results. Here are my initial pictures
Day 2
Day 3 still swollen but pain subsiding
I feel I have a bit more movement in my mouth area and can eat normal food now if I chew carefully. Pain is less but the incisions are feeling itchy now (I think a sign of healing) I can't get to them as they're still covered - not that I would itch them - it just feels a bit uncomfortable ??
