I am so glad I took the plunge. I had never thought about having a face lift but at 62, I began to be uncomfortable with my sagging neck. He took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect under local anesthetic, and answer my questions - all of which helped me make the decision to go ahead.

Ahead of the surgery, I was nervous, but the way in which Amir and his nurse (Cindy), greeted me and chatted to me put me at ease and before I knew it the surgery was over.

The after care was amazing and beyond my expectations with post procedure appointments being made up to a year after surgery. I also appreciated that when I had an issue months after the procedure (due to everyone healing differently), Amir listened and arranged to put it right without any hesitation.

I want to also add that the customer service a professionalism provided by everyone at Bella Vue is first class. This includes the photographer, Stacie (my coordinator) who was so on it with my pre and post appointments and after care, Ann (front desk) who is always welcoming, Nikki (Lymphatic Drainage Massage), who is so professional and brilliant - I felt like I was spending time with a friend. In fact even the staff that are not involved in your treatment, greet you warmly.
