Halo Disaster

I decided to get Halo done after topical treatments did very little to fade the brown spots on my face. Halo was suggested after having a VISTA done to see the condition of my skin beneath my skin. He pictures I saw of others results looked promising. Initially I felt like a million bucks, my skin felt and looked like it took 10 years off. I could once again go without makeup. That feeling started to fade within about 6 months. I asked for a follow up VISTA skin analysis. As expected the 1st one showed a worsening of my skin health., I was told to return in October so summer influences on my skin would be faded. 

Again the VISTA revealed a WORSENING of my skin. The brown spots have moved to just beneath my eyes leaving me with very noticeable dark spots resembling black eyes. I've been asked several times what's wrong with your eyes or how I got my black eye(s). Make-up can only do so much.,when I shared my feelings & proven results that made the condition of my skin worse, I was offered to purchase $250.00 dollars in products. 

Later I was offered a very minimal discount on a second HALO because according to the fiscal person, I was to blame. It took around 4 months to even get hat response even though I was assured a response much sooner. Strange how quickly they were there to take my money. No need for me to make any follow-up emails or calls then. Friendliness stopped at door once this loyal customer (who made 4 referrals who have also become loyal customers) raised concerns and unhappiness. 

I will never be a customer again and will share how disingenuous some staff really are at the end of the day. If brown spots is a concern and you have medium to dark skin, I would also think twice about HALO. Please notice most if not all of the marketing pictures only shows clients in a month or a few months looking great, that is how my story started too.
