As a healthcare executive, I have worked with, hired, collaborated with physicians on all levels from large academic medical centers to small remote clinics. Therefore I want my review to be segmented based on the most important categories for patient-care that I have observed over the last two decades as a healthcare executive.

Patient’s need and support staff: It is a fact that physicians are as effective as the system around them. Dr. Emer’s staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful, confidential and well spoken. The atmosphere made me feel like I am walking into a clinical wellness facility in Switzerland. Everything was designed effectively to maximize the comfort and healing of the patient.

Depth of knowledge and focus: needless to say, we have all experienced visiting mediocre physicians who glammed their team and office to look distinctive while their level of knowledge is nothing but ordinary. With Dr. Emer that’s not the case at all. Dr. Jason Emer’s depth of knowledge and his unparalleled communication style simplifies the sophisticated medical facts in an effective way. Dr. Emer exemplifies the breakthrough of clinical research in his domain of medicine.

Authenticity, facts and results: Dr. Emer is intrinsically authentic is his advice, words and recommendations. In every sentence he says, he focuses on the facts and the patients. He never makes decisions on behalf of the patients or tries to sway their decision in any direction. As an authentic professional he remains dedicated to his patient service through all phases of the process and provides all options and as much as needed information. Once the patient makes a decision, Dr. Emer supports the decision and becomes laser focused on implementing a successful result. During my operation and for 3 hours under Dr. Emer‘s hands, not only I did I feel that he has no other focus in the world but he was going to do the best work possible for me and make sure we achieved optimum results - which today I see and feel the result of his focus, care and extraordinary efforts every time I see my face in the mirror. All that focus of Dr. Emer on his clinical work comes with a natural, pleasant, delightful, elegant, Gentle, respectful and sincere sense of humor that puts me at complete ease through the process. All that exceptional care and empathic treatment that I received was intuitive as Dr. Emer did not know or asked what I do for living and has no knowledge of my executive career in healthcare. Which makes me certain that Dr. Emer treats all his patients equally regardless who they are or what they do for a living.
