Worst Painful Experience
I was promised: 1- a painless procedures, 2- Working on my entire head, hair transplant on my entire head.
After my arrival, the doctor at the clinic told me they can not work on the entire head and they will not touch the head crown (is spite of what the so-called- doctor told me during my virtual consultant ). During harvesting the hair from the back of my head, It was an immense pain to the level when I started screaming asking them to stop, screaming to bring my translator to the room. I pulled myself up (bleeding). It took them twenty minutes to bring in my translator while that time they kept working aggressively nonstop harvesting hair from the back of my head regardless of my pain, aggressively pushing and twisting my head down. The pain felt like using a sharp razor over and over on the exact spot of an inflamed skin!!! It was horrible.
I communicated my miserable experience with three official people in the clinic, two of them in person. One person wrote an internal report and the other person asked me to write everything in details which I did, he told me he shared my complaint, every single word with Dr. Burak, the manger of Estworld clinic. The only thing I got from them is an apology and kind word of sympathy. They didn't provide any compensation or alternative service at the clinic for my awful experience at the facility.
I have all the communication with the facility documented. My last exchanged message to the clinic was to at least, as a token of apology, to refund my deposit and I was totally ignored!!!
It was a traumatic experience even though I was promised a painless procedure which was a main factor to use Estworld facility, it's the reason they asked me to fast for 8 hours for anesthesia!!!! They over harvested hair from the back of my head, caused me pian and destroyed my vacation.
It's a business, a commercial place but not a medical facility where you can seek some justice for what I have encountered.
My advice to American fellow to think of it as buy a sued car from a car dealer.
