Very professional and very attentive to my expectations. I felt reassured when I met Dr. Celen on the day of the surgery and her team made me feel I was in good hands. The technicians made me feel I was in good hands throughout the whole procedure. Most importantly communications between Berat (the clinic’s advisor) and I before the surgery, encouraged me as well. He answered all my questions in a thorough manner and very responsive to the multitude of inquiries I had. Furthermore, I never felt pressured by him to book a date like so many others tried to do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Celen because of the clinic’s standards and her qualifications.
