My Surgeon Used 3000 Grafts and Spent 8 Hours on my Head

The aftercare team, which was very instrumental in my healing, told me that I was not to wear any tight hats or headsets for three weeks to avoid damaging the grafts. I used the first two weeks from my annual leave so as to allow all the swelling to go down and so I could have some time to myself. I then continued with the recommended supplements and care routine and have continued doing so to date.
