My experience at Smile Hair Clinic was simply outstanding. They didn’t just deliver what they promised, they went far beyond.
From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. The transfer team kept me informed in advance about every ride, always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. The vehicles are high-end, the drivers are polite, friendly, and always on time.
When I arrived at the clinic, I immediately noticed how well they treat their patients. There are many staff members around, all respectful, kind, smiling, and genuinely attentive. They guide you through each step with care and professionalism, you don’t need to worry about anything, just trust their process.
During the procedure, I felt really safe the entire time. The medical team who handled my case was very gentle, caring, and clearly very experienced. I could feel I was in good hands. They really cared about me. The clinic is spotless, well-organized, and modern.
The post-operative care also exceeded my expectations. They contacted me afterward to check how I was doing, asked for photos to track my healing, and even responded to the feedback I wrote in the satisfaction form before leaving, which I found impressive. I received a complete aftercare kit in a custom bag, along with a very detailed and clear instruction booklet.
