He literally will text you day or night, weekday or weekend, from his cell phone and makes sure you are satisfied and answers all your questions. Even after the procedure he is always available. 4 years after my procedure I had some questions and advice needed and even though there was nothing else in it for him he still continued spending a lot of time to text me.
