Everything was just seamless, and I appreciated it a lot as I hate wasting time. They even had an aftercare app that sent me notifications about the aftercare instructions and which meds I should take. And whenever I had a question, the team was reachable through WhatsApp. These might look like simple things, but they gave me the peace of mind I needed when I was getting my hair transplant, which was a success by the way.
