How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Surpassed my Expectations by Miles
Generally through my experience with surgeons of different specializations, I would say Dr Sezgin sets himself apart by being transparent from the very beginning.
Other than being a renowned doctor, his staff are experienced and very knowledgable with the procedures he performs.
His personal assistant explains what to expect at every phase and always available for questions without even going in for a consultation and checks in with patients on a regular basis after the procedure.
All in all, the doctor and his staff make you feel that they care and you are not just another client in passing.
As far as the procedure, you are not supposed to take or eat anything that would thin your blood for 6 weeks before the surgery. They will run some test for you sometime before the surgery as well. 2 weeks before the surgery they will ask you to rinse your head with a special shampoo only and not put any additives on what’s left of your hair.
During the surgery, the anesthesia injections are very painful. Apart from that, you will almost feel nothing. It is a long procedure though, you will get bored, but they do put on the TV for you to watch.
After the surgery, come the most annoying 11 days, where you will not be able to touch your head even if it itches. You can’t lay down which will impact your sleep. Make sure you bing on a Netflix series to ease the passage of time.
After that period, you visit the doctor again and the nurse will wash your hair to remove the scabs and that’s the best feeling ever!
Then it is just a waiting game until you see results.
