The treatment of non-genetic hair loss is quite easy; when you fix the underlying cause you can have a quire satisfactory improvement within very short periods. But, as the genetic hair loss tends to last life long, it might not be that easy to fix the problem with short lasting treatments.I need more details about your case:-your age, -your family history of hair loss, -your medical history,-your hair loss bacground:a-when it started?b-is it a hair loss or volume loss (thinning)?c-are there any particular area on your scalp that you feel you lose more hair from? d-do you have any burning & pain like sensation, itcihiness, pinkness redness on your scalp? e-Is it a progressive hair loss or thinnig or time by time you feel some improvement? f-Have you ever been diagnosed of any disease, hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiencies? g-Have you ever noticed a hair line receding? h-At the mean while, have you ever noticed eyebrow weakness or loss?As per your pictures that you have posted, your case looks like Female Pattern Hair Loss (FPHL) which is a genetic type of hair loss and affects mostly the central and frontal scalp area. It generally starts from partition area and tends to widen. Actually this is not a true hair loss that we used to see in male type genetic hair loss. This is miniaturization of hairs. In this case, hairs can get diminish by time and it could be very hard to regrow by temselves. Hairs like to stay in sleeping phase. So, females are a little bit lucky comparing to males, as they rarely rarely get bold completely. How we diagnose FPHL? As FPHL follows a pattern, it's quite easy to diagnose just by noticing this pattern; and no need for skin biopsy.But if the individual does not display a usual pattern that we used to see in FPHL and has additional symptoms like burning - soreness like sensation in the scalp,pinkness - redness etc we may need to perform scalp biopsy in order to verify the diagnosis, I hope this is helpfull, stay safe and take care

By just assessing this picture it is very tough to have an idea, but let me share my opinion; It could be due to DUPA called hairloss which is the sub-type of Androgenetic Male type hair loss, where exactly this location is under risk of hair loss.
