I am writing because I had a positive experience and I hope it can be of help to someone.
After years of indecision and fear and thanks to the experiences of my 2 friends, I decided to proceed with the transplant.
I turned to the Smile Hair Clinic and I had the opportunity to interface with the Italian referent Francesco for everything.
From the very beginning there was great clarity and professionalism, risks and benefits, expectations and possible results.
I was followed in everything, even to book flights, transport and above all, every possible question I had.
I can say that I would never have expected an experience like this, everything was perfect, from the 4-star hotel, to the attention they give to the customer.
The clinic is fantastic and ultra-modern and the staff is very kind, they try to understand your needs and expectations and obviously the limits from person to person, without exaggerating on the future results.
Today I am on the 2nd day after the surgery and I have returned to Italy and I will proceed with the removal of the bandage and the first wash.
This morning I was immediately contacted by the doctor to find out how I am and some photos to see the conditions.
He will be available for any questions or problems, this is very reassuring.
Post-surgery I was given all the products for washing, bandages, medicines, leather bag for objects etc etc.. with consequent check and change of bandage the next day.
During the whole trip, surgery, return trip etc.. Francesco was always there for me and made me feel really good and much more confident.
Really very professional.
The result is impossible to predict, but I was already aware of this, it depends on your mentality :)
At the moment however I can say that what I wrote is the truth!
I hope that all experiences are like the one I had at Smile Hair!
