My Result After 1 Year, Was Operated in Turkey in Bellus Clinic
Hello guys,
17th of December last year I came to Turkey to get a HT. I had been on line with Ali from Bellus Clinic for a long time before coming, asking him questions and etc. On the day of my arrival Ali met me at the airport. I arrived in the morning and my appointment was on he same day. Yes I was nervous, very nervous, especially when we reached the clinic I started to get afraid a bit.
We had a cup of tea in the clinic and shortly the doctor joined us. The doctor was speaking English very fluently that made me feel calmer. I was worrying I wont be able to explain about hairline properly and they will do something I want like. We discussed everything with a doctor, they took some blood testes and after that they started shaving my head.
Then I laid down with and they started to do anesthesia. It was the only painful part of the surgery. The anesthesia feels like it is very hot and it gives unpleasant feelings. The 2 technicians started to work with micro motor collecting my grafts, I was told I need around 4500 grafts to cover my crown and frontal line also to fill in all the empty places I had.
After they had my grafts collected the doctor started to open the channels and at last I could get up for some dinner. I had a dinner about 30 mins, then they started graft implantation. And in the end they did some plasma injections in my head.
After everything finished Ali took me to the hotel, which the clinic had already booked in my name,he gave me all the medicines and showed me how to sleep on a special pillow, but it was really hard to sleep on it especially on the first night. So I just sit with this pillow around my neck and turned on TV, slept maybe 2-3 hours like that.
On the next day I had some walk around the city. I felt normal but anyway a bit weak because had no sleep at night.
On the next day we went again to the clinic where they washed my head. I decided to stay in Istanbul for a week longer, so my head gets normal before I go home and also to walk around and buy some gifts to my family.
I paid around 2000$ for 4500 grafts it was FUE with Sapphire needle. And this amount included accommodation 5 star hotel, transportation, translator, though the doctor speaks perfect English.
I don't have many photos of myself before because I was always using a cap, but with my photos of the process you will understand. Of course I am satisfied with the results and really recommend this clinic. One of my friends already went there in September after seeing my results, now we are waiting for his.
