From start to finish, the initial consultation to the post-procedure recovery days, it has all been as great of an experience as I felt it possibly could be. During the procedure day everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive, and I appreciated the honesty provided by Dr. B about realistic expectations as far as the procedure and results more than anything. Even post recovery they've remained responsive to any and all questions, and provided ample information ahead of time about how to ensure recovery success through the whole process.
