I underwent direct hair implantation, (DHI technique), at Heva 10 months ago. The whole process took about 6 hours and comprised the extraction and placement of 3,200 grafts. It might sound like a lot, but since my surgeon was using a punch tool to minimize skin trauma and loading each graft using an implanter pen instead of opening channels, the process was very efficient, and the team was able to minimize the time that my hair spent outside my body. So, was it worth it? The answer is yes. I had a lot of diffuse thinning across the frontal third of my scalp when I went to Heva, and now, the density in this section is very impressive as my curls are growing in thick and healthy.
